What is Houzii?
Houzii is a premium property management and concierge service in Tangier, specialising in holiday rentals via platforms such as Airbnb and Booking.com, and in buying and selling real estate. The name combines the English “house” with the suffix “ii” — “my house”. The playful “ii” makes the name recognisable and unique.
What services does Houzii offer?
A broad package: holiday rental management, check-ins and check-outs, cleaning, maintenance, guest service, and advice and brokerage for buying and selling real estate.
How much do Houzii’s services cost?
For holiday rentals we charge 20% of gross monthly income. For brokerage when buying or selling real estate we charge 2.5% of the total sale price. No hidden costs.

Can I temporarily take my property off the rental market?
Yes, you keep full control over your property. You can indicate at any time when it is unavailable, for example for your own use or renovations. We update the calendar immediately.
What if a guest causes damage?
In case of damage, Houzii ensures it is handled quickly. Thanks to Airbnb’s AirCover, you are insured for up to 1 million euros. We also work with reliable guests and carry out a thorough inspection after every stay.
Can Houzii help me furnish my property?
Certainly. Our team provides advice and support for furnishing and styling your property, making it more attractive to guests and generating more income.
What happens if my property is vacant?
We keep generating bookings proactively, even in quiet periods. With dynamic pricing strategies we increase the chance of bookings and aim for an occupancy rate of 60% to 75%. We use unbooked days to improve the property and carry out small repairs, so it is always in top condition.

- Renting under the new legislation. Since 2023 it has been a legal requirement to license all short-term stays (Decree no. 2.23.441, Official Bulletin 7 August 2023). This requires a licence application and an inspection by a committee. Houzii takes care of this administration entirely for you.
