With short-term rental, a well-managed property in Tangier often reaches 60 to 75% occupancy, and you can still stay there whenever you like. Prefer stable income? Do I need to come to Tangier to work with Houzii?

No. Everything can be done remotely: introduction via video or WhatsApp, signing digitally or by power of attorney.

Can I still use my property in summer?

Yes. Just let us know when you are coming; we block that period and make sure everything is ready.

How do I know what happens with my property?

You receive a monthly overview of bookings, income and costs, and we are always reachable via WhatsApp.

How much does management cost?

For short-term rental, 20% of gross revenue. For long-term rental or sale we make a tailored proposal (sale: 2.5%).

What about taxes on my rental income?

Rental income is taxable in Morocco and possibly also in your country of residence. Have an accountant check this; we provide all the overviews you need.
