Our story began when we took the leap as a family and moved our lives to Tangier. We fell for the city straight away — the lively medina, the sea, the rhythm of life here.
But during our own search for a home, we ran into what so many others experience. Finding a good home is an art. Renting it out is an even bigger puzzle. And for owners living abroad, renting out often felt more like gambling than a business decision.
